SHIPPING FAQS

1. How quickly will my order ship?
We will do our best to process and ship out your order on the same day.  However, any orders placed after 2pm, your order will be shipped out the following day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Am I able to ship my order using a different courier?
Currently we use UPS as our mainstream courier.  If you want to use another courier, please just select the ‘Pick Up/Custom’ shipping method during check out and provide your courier account number.  If your courier does not provide a tracking network, we will revert back to using UPS. 
3. I was charged more than the price that was reflected in my shopping cart at checkout. Why is this?
Sometimes, the shipping charge quoted in your shopping cart may be higher OR lower than the actual cost to ship. This is unknown until your order is packaged in our Shipping Department and prepared to be sent. In the event that the quoted shipping price is not accurate and needs to be adjusted, you will be contacted by a staff member so costs can be worked out accordingly. 
4. On any returns is the shipping cost refunded as well?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the return shipping amount on your respective order.  You will be required to cover the amounts. Please see our Return/Refund Policy for more details.
